The data controller will provide a response no later than one month after the request for access or rectification.

6: Data Security and Processing (Article 32 GDPR)

Data collected on the website www.mondialsp2026.pompiers.fr and the associated processing are hosted by the Co’Yaute 2026 Organising Committee. Access to information collected on www.mondialsp2026.pompiers.fr is restricted to authorised technical, marketing, and commercial staff of the Co’Yaute 2026 Organising Committee, via a personal and unique login to the platform www.mondialsp2026.pompiers.fr.

7: Data Breach and Notification within 72 Hours (Articles 33 & 34 GDPR)

In case of a data breach or suspected breach of personal data, the Co’Yaute 2026 Organising Committee and its subcontractors will notify the CNIL within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

In order to provide the best possible experience, high-quality informative content, access to specific information, resources and tutorials, and a private area, visitors may be required to complete forms or log in using a username and password. The information collected is processed electronically as necessary to provide the service. Data recipients are exclusively the individuals working for the Co’Yaute 2026 Organising Committee.
